There are a few things you can do to start your recovery while you're on a waiting list:

  1. Self-care: Eat well, get enough sleep, and exercise. Take small steps towards taking good care of yourself.

  2. Trackers: With the Check-In and Trackers, you can keep track of how you're doing daily. When your therapy starts, your therapist will already have insight into your experiences, thoughts, and feelings.

  3. Reading: Read (blog) articles to learn more about your mental health. Go to the 'Home' tab and tap on the articles under 'Discover NiceDay'.

  4. Diary: Write in your diary about thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Tap '+', and tap 'Diary'.
